Please note that Frogner House Apartments -台南民宿包棟 台南民宿villa Huitfeldtsgate 19 has no reception. You can use the self-service check-in at the address stated in the booking confirmation.

During weekends, guests under the age of 25 can only check in if travelling as part of a family.

Please note that final cleaning is included. Daily cleaning is available on request, at extra charge.

A refundable security deposit will be charged by Frogner House Apartments upon arrival, and the amount depends on the length of stay:

- For stays of 6 nights or less, the deposit is 500 NOK

- For stays of 7 nights or more, the deposit is 1500 NOK Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Frogner House Apartments - Huitfeldtsgate 19 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of NOK 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
